What does Genform take care of?
Genform brings together product creation, your online shopping experience, on-demand manufacturing and delivery to your customers. You develop your product business; we connect the tools and operations from storefront to doorstep.
Do you manufacture and ship the products?
Genform is an intermediary that coordinates orders with independent manufacturing partners and delivery providers. Genform does not manufacture or transport products itself. Manufacturing and shipping costs are quoted separately for each product.
Do I need inventory or minimum order quantities?
No. Products are manufactured after an order is placed, so you can launch without holding stock or committing to minimum quantities.
Is an online store included?
Business and Scale include a landing page or ecommerce experience, checkout and orders, and automatic production. Starter includes all available design tools and exports for personal, non-commercial use. Custom domains and custom branding are available on Scale.
Can I sell products made with the integrations?
Business and Scale include a commercial license to sell products made with supported integrations. Starter is for personal, non-commercial design and export only; it does not include a commercial license, checkout and orders, or automatic production. Licenses purchased on MakerWorld, in any tier, last one year (12 months) from first delivery or activation, whichever comes first, unless the offer expressly states another term. Renewal is optional and never automatic. Read the software license terms.
Can I sell under my own brand?
Yes. Scale includes custom branding and a custom domain. Business includes a landing page or ecommerce experience; choose Scale when you need the full experience under your own brand.
What does the monthly price cover?
Your monthly plan covers access to the platform and the features listed above. Manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping and taxes are additional costs, quoted separately per product.
How can I get started?
Create your Genform account with Google or email. Review Starter or Business before approving a recurring subscription. Verified new accounts automatically get a free 7-day Starter trial with no card or automatic payment. Eligible Plakhaus and Lumhaus users can claim a 30-day welcome trial.
